On the Schneider Electric Day, held at Filkab on 25.06.2019, the manufacturer's experts demonstrated ATV Process Multi Pump and the EcoStruxure AOA - Augmented Operator Adviser application. Industrial Automation and Industrial Maintenance specialists were able to manage the ATV Process Multi Pump frequency drives. Demonstration equipment enabled simulation of real processes and problems that seminar visitors removed in real time.

The participants in the presentation were also able to gain hands-on experience with the benefits of the augmented reality (AR) in the field of industrial maintenance. In real time, they monitored the parameters of the working pumps and received information on their maintenance procedures.

Schneider Electric representatives explained that the EcoStruxure AOA - Augmented Operator Adviser has already been put into operation at the company's production facilities in Bulgaria. Despite the initial scepticism of machine maintenance staff, the new system was soon highly rated by its critics. Now the EcoStruxure AOA - Augmented Operator Adviser saves a great deal of time for machine diagnostics and significantly shortens the time the machines do not operate. In this way, the returns on investment are increased, and the staff can more easily and quickly handle the challenges of maintaining complex machines and equipment.
